Something I'm always really bad at, but on Saturday, March 9th I caught a migraine as it started. I asked for my meds and water then laid down in a dark and quiet room when my senses couldn't take anymore. Afterwards, I had a healthy snack and mostly pulled out of it. It didn't ruin my night like it usually would. I should listen more often, especially when it comes to my fatigue. I'm posting this as permanent proof that I can indeed listen to my body and head some things off before they get too bad. That's the entire post, clicking into it will not reveal anything more.
